Basterma Phyllo Dough Bombs
- Pre heat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter and butter 12 slot cupcake tin with pastry brush.
- Fold one sheet of phyllo dough in half and gently press into a cup cake tin.
- Add one slice basterma, 1 tb pepper paste and 1 slice of halloumi cheese.
- Gently bundle top up and brush with butter, repeat.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 30 min or until tops are brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
