Fattoush Salad
Ingredients
Zaatar Scrolls
- 4 large Pita Breads split & cut into ribbons
- ½ cup Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbs Tazah Sumac
- 3 tbsp. Tazah Zaatar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Kabob Sticks
Fattoush Salad
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 2 Grape Tomatoes Halved
- 1 English Cucumber Chopped
- 3 Radishes Sliced Thin
- ½ cup Parsley Chopped
- 1 small Red Onion Thinly sliced
For the Dressing
- 2 lemons juiced
- ⅓ cup Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dried Mint
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Tazah Sumac
- 2 tbsp Tazah Pomegranate Molasses
Instructions
Zaatar Scrolls
- Mix all but the pita bread together like a paste.
- Brush onto the pita ribbons, roll each ribbon and poke through a kabob stick so they don’t unravel.
- Bake at 350° or until golden.
For the Dressing
- Add all the ingredients into a mason jar & close the lid
- Shake well
- Top on salad & enjoy
