Fattoush but make it pretty! Take your traditional Lebanese fattoush salad up a notch with these adorable and savory homemade pita-chip rolls! Not only are they super easy to make, but they’re also super tasty! Say good bye to bland pita chips

Ingredients

Zaatar Scrolls

Fattoush Salad

  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 Grape Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 English Cucumber Chopped
  • 3 Radishes Sliced Thin
  • ½ cup Parsley Chopped
  • 1 small Red Onion Thinly sliced

For the Dressing

Instructions

Zaatar Scrolls

  • Mix all but the pita bread together like a paste.
  • Brush onto the pita ribbons, roll each ribbon and poke through a kabob stick so they don’t unravel.
  • Bake at 350° or until golden.

For the Dressing

  • Add all the ingredients into a mason jar & close the lid
  • Shake well
  • Top on salad & enjoy
