Grilled Steak & Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 2.25 lbs Sirloin Steak 
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper (optional) 
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper 

For the Shrimp

  • 1 Lemon 
  • 1 lb Peeled jumbo or colossal shrimp 
  • 1/4 Cup Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper (optional) 
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper 
  • 1 tsp Tazah Hot or Mild Pepper Paste 
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste 

Instructions

For the Steak

  • Add your Aleppo pepper, paprika, white pepper, black pepper and salt together to a bowl to make a rub. 
  • Set aside. 
  • Add 1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce to both sides of your steak. 
  • Add the rub mix on both sides, patting down on the steak while adding. 
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before grilling. 
  • And lastly, grill to your perfection! 

For the Shrimp 

  • Peel and remove the shrimp tail. 
  • Add the lemon juice, garlic paste, and olive oil and mix. 
  • Then add salt, paprika, Aleppo pepper, and white pepper. 
  • Lastly, add your pepper paste. 
  • Let marinate for at least one to two hours before grilling. 
  • Finally, grill and enjoy! 

Notes

Tip on grilling shrimp: Don’t grill for more than 2-3 minutes on each side or your shrimp will become tough.
