This no-bake Chocolate Lazy Cake (Biscuit Au Chocolat) is delicious and makes the perfect snack with coffee, tea, or milk!

  • In a saucepan, add the butter & the milk together and heat up on medium heat
  • Add the chocolate powder mix and stir well for 2 minutes
  • Gently beat the eggs, add them into the mix and stir continuously for 5 minutes while increasing the heat
  • Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat
  • Cool the mixture for 15 minutes
  • Break the biscuits into pieces and add them to the chocolate mixture. Stir well for 2-3 minutes until the biscuits are fully soaked and the mixture is slightly set
  • Pour the lazy cake in an aluminum foil or a baking paper and roll it to make a cylinder shape
  • Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until it is ready to serve
  • Enjoy!
