Chocolate Lazy Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Tazah Lazy Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- ⅓ cups Milk
- 4½ tbsp Butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the butter & the milk together and heat up on medium heat
- Add the chocolate powder mix and stir well for 2 minutes
- Gently beat the eggs, add them into the mix and stir continuously for 5 minutes while increasing the heat
- Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat
- Cool the mixture for 15 minutes
- Break the biscuits into pieces and add them to the chocolate mixture. Stir well for 2-3 minutes until the biscuits are fully soaked and the mixture is slightly set
- Pour the lazy cake in an aluminum foil or a baking paper and roll it to make a cylinder shape
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until it is ready to serve
