Seared Halloumi Salad
- Slice the halloumi.
- Remove the pits from the date and divide into halves.
- Remove the pomegranate seeds from the skin.
- Slice the plum and orange.
- Stack a few mint leaves, roll, and slice finely.
- After all the ingredients are prepared, sear the haloumi cheese.
- Assemble all the ingredients onto a plate.
- Season with Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tazah Pomegranate Syrup.
- Serve & Enjoy!
