If you are a fan of eating cheese and fruits together, you’ll love this easy recipe. Drizzle olive oil and pomegranate syrup on top of warm haloumi cheese and enjoy!

  • Slice the halloumi.
  • Remove the pits from the date and divide into halves.
  • Remove the pomegranate seeds from the skin.
  • Slice the plum and orange.
  • Stack a few mint leaves, roll, and slice finely.
  • After all the ingredients are prepared, sear the haloumi cheese.
  • Assemble all the ingredients onto a plate.
  • Season with Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tazah Pomegranate Syrup.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
