
Grilled Steak & Spicy Shrimp
Ingredients
For the Steak
- 2¼ lbs Sirloin Steak
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Aleppo pepper (optional)
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp White pepper
For the Shrimp
- 1 Lemon
- 1 lb Peeled jumbo or colossal shrimp
- ¼ Cup Tazah Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Aleppo pepper (optional)
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Tazah Hot or Mild Pepper Paste
- ½ tsp Garlic paste
Instructions
For the Steak
- Add your Aleppo pepper, paprika, white pepper, black pepper and salt together to a bowl to make a rub.
- Set aside.
- Add 1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce to both sides of your steak.
- Add the rub mix on both sides, patting down on the steak while adding.
- Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before grilling.
- And lastly, grill to your perfection!
For the Shrimp
- Peel and remove the shrimp tail.
- Add the lemon juice, garlic paste, and olive oil and mix.
- Then add salt, paprika, Aleppo pepper, and white pepper.
- Lastly, add your pepper paste.
- Let marinate for at least one to two hours before grilling.
- Finally, grill & enjoy!
